LendingPoint CX leader: How small businesses can build ‘Fortune 500’ marketing programs
Today, September 28th, 2017, our SVP of Customer Experience, Amanda Flashner is speaking at the Georgia Childcare Association on the topic of sharing with small businesses the learnings of Fortune 500 companies’ methodology of brand awareness and customer experience. She will also be discussing scalable strategies for the small business that don’t eat up resources and budget.
The Georgia Childcare Association lobbies for sound public policy that fosters quality, affordable and accessible childcare for working parents. It also provides training and education to owners and teachers.
Amanda has been chosen to speak at this event for her in-depth and well-rounded knowledge in customer experience and brand awareness. As SVP of CX at LendingPoint, her daily activities include CX strategy, providing customer service training, spearheading psychographic data analysis to better meet the needs and advocate for the NearPrime consumer, optimizing UX to create and optimize flow for LendingPoint consumers.
