Electronic Communication Agreement

Please read this information carefully and print a copy and/or retain this information electronically for future reference.

You understand and agree you are consenting to LendingPoint LLC’s Electronic Communication Agreement. You acknowledge that you received this Electronic Communication Agreement and can print or retain a copy of it for your records.

Electronic Interaction: You consent to transact business with LendingPoint LLC and its subsidiaries via electronic means. You consent to LendingPoint communicating with you via electronic means. You consent to using electronic signatures, and receiving electronic disclosures, communications and records to conduct transactions.

Scope of Consent: This Electronic Communication Agreement applies to all interactions concerning you and LendingPoint LLC and includes interactions engaged in on any computer or mobile device, including phones, smart-phones and tablets. This consent also applies to receipt in electronic form of all disclosures, information, agreements and other documents.

Computer and software requirements: In order to engage in online activities with LendingPoint, your browser must support the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL provides a secure channel to send and receive data over the Internet through HS encryption capabilities. Netscape 4.7+ and above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01+ and above, and other web browsers support this feature. You will also need a printer connected to your computer to print disclosures/notices, sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer’s hard drive or other date storage units (at least 64 megabytes of memory), and Adobe® Reader® version 7.0 or above. LendingPoint LLC does not provide ISP services. You must have your own Internet Service Provider. If you do not have such a computer, software, or printer to proceed with electronic interaction, you must immediately contact LendingPoint LLC at Customer Service Department at 888-969-0959

Paper Copies. You may obtain a copy of any communication by contacting us at customerservice@lendingpoint.com or calling our Customer Service Department at 888-969-0959.

Withdrawing Consent. You may withdraw your consent to the Electronic Communication Agreement at any time, free of charge. If you withdraw your consent to the Electronic Communication Agreement prior to receiving credit, you will not be able to complete the loan agreement and will no longer be eligible for credit with LendingPoint LLC. If you have completed the lending process and wish to withdraw your consent to the Electronic Communication Agreement, you may do so at any time by sending us a written request by mail to LendingPoint LLC d/b/a LendingPoint, Attn: Customer Service, 1201 Roberts Blvd, Suite 200, Kennesaw, GA 30144 with the details of your request. If you decide to withdraw your consent, the legal effectiveness, validity and enforceability of prior signatures, disclosures and any other communications will not be affected.
